Shrink wrapping machines and shrink tunnels
From a manual L-sealer for a few packs a minute to automatic bundling lines that wrap 120 packs of bottles per minute, these machines wrap products in POF, PVC or PE film and shrink it tight in a heat tunnel. Manual shrink wrapping machines
Manual sealers are the simplest way to shrink-wrap: the operator places the product in centre-folded film, lowers the sealing frame and passes the pack through a shrink tunnel. The ZB-5040 and ZB-7555 add a bottom sealing blade for 8–15 packs per minute; A versions are manual and B versions pneumatic, with air at 0.6–0.8 MPa.

Semi-automatic shrink wrapping machines
These compact L-sealers have a built-in sealing frame and pair with a matching tunnel: the LP-RS-5 for the SL-6045 and the LP-SM-4525 for the FL models. The SL model seals at the bottom and the FL models at the top; A versions are manual and B versions pneumatic.

Shrink tunnels
Heat tunnels shrink the film tight after sealing. They run POF, PVC or PE film and pair with the sealers on this page: the LP-RS-5 with the SL machines and ZB-5AY, the LP-SM-4525 with the FL machines and the LP-FT-4525 with the automatic ZB-5 models.

Automatic shrink wrapping machines · ZB-5 series
The ZB-5 machines feed, seal and cut automatically, so the operator only loads products. The ZB-5A is an automatic L-sealer for 10–20 packs per minute; the ZB-5B and ZB-5C seal continuously along the side, so pack length is unlimited, at up to 45 and 25 packs per minute. Automatic shrink wrapping machines · ZB-5D / 5E and PE film wrappers
The ZB-5D takes taller packs up to 250 mm and the ZB-5E runs up to 80 packs per minute. The ZB-1 and ZB-2 wrap larger items in 0.04–0.10 mm PE film as a closed pack, at up to 20 packs per minute.

Sleeve shrink wrappers and heat tunnels
The ZB-3 and ZB-4 wrap large items in PE film, the ZB-4 up to 1,200 mm wide and 500 mm high. The LP-ZJ-2 tunnel, with two fans, shrinks PE film of 0.06–0.30 mm at 150–230 °C. Tunnel and table sizes are built to suit your product.

Bundle shrink wrappers for bottles and cans
These automatic lines group bottles or cans into packs and wrap them in shrink film, ready for the tunnel. The ZB-4C and its pad version ZB-4C-ⅠA handle 250 mL to 5 L containers at 30 packs per minute; the one-lane ZB-6Ⅰ and two-lane ZB-6Ⅱ reach 50 and 120 packs per minute. They take glass bottles, cans and PE or PET bottles, and need air at 0.4–0.6 MPa.

Pad and tray shrink wrappers
Pad wrappers place the containers on a cardboard pad before wrapping, and tray wrappers in a cardboard tray, for stiffer packs that stack well. The ZB-6Ⅰ(ZX) folds a wrap-around carton instead of film.

Shrink tunnels for bundling lines
These large tunnels follow the bundle, pad and tray wrappers above. Heating power runs from 70.5 to 125 kW with 1.5 kW heating tubes, and the mesh belt runs at up to 18 m/min. Sizes are built to suit the line.

Shrink wrapping: common questions
What is the difference between an L-sealer and a bundle wrapper?
An L-sealer encloses the product completely in centre-folded film and the tunnel shrinks it into a tight, closed pack, the usual choice for boxes, trays and printed matter. A bundle (sleeve) wrapper wraps film around a group of containers with open ends, the usual way to bundle bottles and cans.
Which film should I use: POF, PVC or PE?
POF is clear and strong, the most common choice for retail packs of boxes and trays. PVC shrinks at a lower temperature. PE is thicker and is used for heavy bundles of bottles and cans. The smaller tunnels on this page run all three.
How many packs per minute can I wrap?
Manual and semi-automatic sealers handle 4–15 packs per minute, the automatic ZB-5 machines up to 80, and the two-lane ZB-6Ⅱ bundler up to 120 packs of 330 mL bottles per minute.
