Horizontal flow wrap machines
These flow wrappers form a film tube around each product, seal it lengthwise and cut it into a closed pack, at 60 to 120 packs per minute. They suit bars, bakery, boxed goods, products on trays, instant noodles and vegetables, in laminated film or POF shrink film. They are built by our manufacturing partners and sold, shipped and supported by Lion Packing Systems.
Which flow wrapper fits your product?
Flow pack machines · YZB100 series
The YZB100 machines wrap box-shaped products and products on trays in laminated film such as PET/AL/PE or OPP/PE. The YZB100 and YZB100H run small items such as medicine boxes at up to 120 packs per minute, the YZB100L takes larger items such as buns, and the YZB100X suits products that must not be heated for long, such as medicines or rubber parts. A servo feeder is optional.

Large-format and shrink-film flow wrappers
The YZB100XWL wraps long products of up to 600 mm, such as vegetables, in laminated film. The YZT100WL and YZT100XWL run POF shrink film for boxed products and trays, such as boxes of instant noodles, so the pack can be shrunk tight afterwards.

Flow wrapping: common questions
What products can a flow wrap machine pack?
Any product with a fairly regular shape that can travel on a conveyor: bars, biscuits, buns and other bakery, boxed medicines, trays, instant noodles and vegetables. Irregular items are usually placed on a tray first. Send us your product size and we will check it against each model.
What film do the machines use?
The YZB100 machines run heat-sealable laminated film such as PET/AL/PE or OPP/PE, on rolls up to 300 mm in diameter. The YZT100 models run POF shrink film, so the pack can go through a shrink tunnel afterwards.
How fast do the flow wrappers run?
From 60 packs per minute on the large-format YZB100XWL to 120 packs per minute on the YZB100 and YZB100H. Real speed depends on product length, film and how products are fed.
