TP240 TunaPak Starts Production at Jinxing Seafoods' Fenghua Plant

After a successful testing period, a TP240 TunaPak tuna can filling machine has entered production at Jinxing Seafoods. It is the first TunaPak installed at the group's Fenghua plant.

Running today at 120 cans per minute

The line currently runs with a single seamer, so the TP240 operates at 120 cans per minute, half of its rated speed of 240 cans per minute. Even at this speed, the machine gives Jinxing consistent, accurate tuna filling from day one, with room to grow built into the line.

Next step: a second seamer in 2027

Jinxing plans to add a second seamer in 2027. With two seamers in place, the line will be able to run the TP240 at its full 240 cans per minute, doubling output without replacing the filling machine.

Built to scale with your production

This project shows a practical path many tuna canners take: install a high-capacity filler now, run it at the speed your current line allows, and expand downstream equipment as demand grows. Every TunaPak is engineered in-house and factory-tested before shipment, so it is ready to perform from the first production day.
